The Beaver County Kennel Club is proud to be a member of the Steel Valley Cluster, which conducts one of the largest AKC dog shows in the eastern United States. The four-day show is held annually at the Canfield Fairgrounds in Canfield, OH, traditionally during the first week of August. At present, the show includes all-breed conformation, specialty conformation, conformation supported entries, Junior Showmanship, National Owner-Handled Series conformation, Obedience, Rally Obedience, Fast CAT, Dock Diving, and UpDog events. It also features AKC seminars, health fairs, and a variety of merchandise, service, and food vendors. The show brings between 1, 500 and 2, 000 competitors to Canfield each day, as well as over 50 judges.

BCKC also takes part in a second AKC all-breed show in its home county during mid-October. The Autumn Barkfest Cluster features three days of all breed, specialties, and supported entries, as well as the National Owner-Handles Series. It will take place in picturesque Brady’s Run Park in Beaver Falls, PA.
